FP SAFE VOYAGE question UPDATE/new question

The lady at my babies r us told me that the seat was CRAPPY, really BAD, and that it was "recalled", but then corrected herself and said that it wasn't "recalled" recalled, but "recalled" by BRU, in that BRU has chosen to stop selling trhem because they are a very inferior seat, and do not meet BRU standards?

The lady said she HATED the seat, and was very glad they stopped selling it.

PLEASE someone tell me about this?

Anyone else heard this at all???

This seat is now on my short list, and I REALLY want to know if something is wrong with it......
if BRU as a chain has decided not to sell it because it is inferior, that really, REALLY scares me.....

wow she must be an extremely picky person. Besides the fact that certain fabrics on it feel like felt its a good seat.
It is actually made by britax under the FP name. It is just a stripped down version of the marathon. It doesnt have the built in lockoffs or the hugs, doesnt tether rearfacing, and has a manual recline. But besides that it is still a britax ;)

definitely not an inferior seat!!
