First 'winter' check this weekend...

How do you deal w/ all the Bundle Mes that come in? I mean I know what I tell people online etc, but I'm not terribly familiar w/ them IRL besides a few times I've looked at them in stores. Any good ideas you guys have since I know it will be chilly this weekend and if we get any pg moms (we always do) I know they'll have them since that means they're having fall/winter babies.

Not a tech---but here are my ideas.

Show them in the manual where it says not to use them and tell them that if the carseat didn't work in an accident, it wouldn't be "Graco/Cosco, ect" fault. They would say it's yours because you weren't using the seat right.

Also if they already have a baby(or use a doll?), do the harness up with baby/bundle me in the seat. Then take out baby and bundle me, put baby back in and show them the harness slack .

Pinch the bundle me down so they can see how it compresses, just with your fingers.

Also since YOU are having a fall/winter baby, can you have your seat and shower cap cover nearby...also maybe a proper weight fleece suit so they can see what the "right" stuff to use is.

I don't have my cover anymore, maybe I can print a pic of one out for them. Of all the pics I took of Evan, I don't think I ever took one of him w/ the cover on. lol Thanks for the suggestions. I see the Graco SR seats the most often, so I'll look in the manual today online so I know right where it is in at least that manual. Good idea!
