Any help with ideas? I have spent weeks searching. Here are the criteria
1 it has to fit in my station wagon trunk :)
2 reversible seat or handle, I want to see the baby
3 ok on gravel roads
4 preferably air tires

Thanks!!!

Dreamer Design Park Avenue That one came to mind first, but there are probably others on the market

Or....there are several other air tire strollers on the market that give you the option of putting your infant car seat in the stroller (baby faces you), or a carry cot. That is going to give you many more options of strollers to choose from.

Are you wanting to purchase new, or used? What is your budget?

I'm on my way out the door, but off the top of my head, here's a list of strollers that have either a reversible seat or handle and whether or not they have some, all or no air tires. Hopefully it gives you a start.

Quinny Buzz - rear air tires
Mutsy 4Rider/Urban Rider - all air tires
Valco Rad - rear air tires
Kolcraft Contours - no air tires
Bugaboo Camelon/Frog - rear air tires (newest models might not be air?)
Bugaboo Bee - no air tires
UppaBaby Vista - no air tires
Zooper Boogie/Zydeco - air tires
Bebecar - air tires available
Teutonia - no air tires
Stokke Xplory - no air tires
Rock Star Baby - rear air tires
Bumbleride Flyer - no air tires
Bumbleride Queen B - all air tires
Peg Perego Skate - rear air tires
Peg Perego Switch - no air tires

You can also get a front air tire for the Valco Rad, from the UK. That's what I have, but I bought mine used from strollerswap and it already had the front air tire. There's another one on there right now, I think!

It IS a large stroller when folded, though. Fits just fine in the back of my Subaru Forester, but not much room left for anything else.

ETA: I also have a Mutsy Urban Rider but don't like it nearly as much as the Rad. The steering is weird because it pivots in the back. I have to do 20-point turns to get through a doorway!

I have the Orbit Baby.. wait, no. HAD it. I just sold it  I miss it like hell and it's only been a few days, 4 exactly. It has rear air tires and can face in any of 4 directions. It was great! but..we needed a double for our 19- and 7-mth olds.
