HELP me get the back off my Como!!!!

I can't get the back off my Como!! I need get it off because I can see in there enough to see that the harness is twisted and I can't untwist it without the back off. But that seems impossible!!!! Please help me with any tricks anyone knows to get it off!!!

did you try popping it off from the bottom?

I used a flat butter knife a few times to slide in and pop it out.

It shouldn't be too hard.

I hope not, on a recent trip on a plane, the back was getting in the way of the plane's seat belts (it was catching them when trying to install and was almost impossible to get the seat belt out of it because of the way those belts latch) and I had to take it off in order to get a correct install and accidently left it on the plane on our layover and changing planes.....mine seems to perform just the same without it on, I think it's just a cover to hide the belts in the back.

ours was a total pita and i left it off for a while, on comos and signo.

After a few hurried installs though, i realized that it prevents the vehicle belt from accidentally getting tangled in the seat's harness straps. So I did eventually snap it back on,once I maxed the harness out for height.
