Need help with car seat configuration

I have a Honda Odyssey. Currently I have my 3 year old forward facing in a Regent in the back row. I have 7 month old twins. One is in a Boulevard behind the passenger side. The other is in a Companion behind the driver side. The one in the Companion is outgrowing the carrier so I want to get he a Boulevard also. The problem is the Bouelvard that is behind the passenger side takes up so much room that the front seat has to be pushed forward and we can't use the head rest. I was told that I can change the angle of the seat to 30-35 degrees. So I took it to the car seat safety check in my area and the tech told me that we have the seat in correct it just does not fit in our van. They advised us to put both babies in the rear row rear facing and put my 3 year old forward facing in the middle row. Does anyone have a picture of a Boulevard (or 2) rear facing in the middle row of a Odyssey so I can see if this can safely be done. Here is a pic of the seat now

Oh, my, you got silly advice

The Britax Boulevard fits beautifully in the Odyssey and you absolutely don't need it that reclined for a seven month old, unless the seven month old is severely delayed or has muscle tone issues and can't hold her head up?

The seat can be installed MUCH more upright than it is now. When you install, pull the base AWAY from the crease of the vehicle seat a little bit, and push straight down on the car seat where the baby's feet rest while you are tightening the LATCH straps.

The recline you have now is more appropriate for a newborn. It's actually safer for older babies to be more upright.

Also, keep in mind that the head rest on a vehicle seat is an integral part of the restraint system for an adult passenger and should never be removed if an adult is riding in that seat

I can't quite tell from the photograph, but are you using the top tether to tether rear facing?

I agree my BV is more upright than yours and I've not had a head bobble issue. Just a thought also if your driver is tall and needs more room try putting 3 yo's Regent in the back row passenger side, BV passenger side captain, and second BV in the driver's side captain with that seat slid all the way back. That would still give your oldest leg room and give the driver the most room possible too. I seriously doubt the BV just doesn't fit in your van. I've had no problems with it. Good Luck.

Mine is in a Windstar but I think it would give you an idea. I've never posted pics on here before but I can try to take one tomorrow and see what happens if no one beats me to it.
