How do I open the light gray back cover to get to the harness connector?

There are notches on the lower part of the back of the Como's shell that hold the harness plastic cover in place, and you should be able to jostle/pull on the cover a bit to release it from the notches to remove it. That plastic cover tends to fall off with very little encouragement on the back of our Como and our similar Recaro Signo because it fits so loosely. Hope this helps you out.

Yeah, I had the same problem. I used a flat head screw driver and got abused it and it came off. I think I will leave it off, I like to check the harness visually once in a while.
