Kids at the front seats

I will have to pass that along.

Not sure if she could afford new seats or not. She is on a tight budget, including section 8 housing and some other assistant. I can't remember which seat she has for the baby but it was what ever was donated to her by either Wecare or Wic it was brand new. And its not an infant carrier but a convertible.

In that case the situation changes a little. We're no longer talking about moving a child to the front seat when there is an acceptible seating position available, because there isn't one. The oldest FF harnessed child should go in front.

Yep, What she said.

But, I must say I have gotten 3 across in a Ford Focus. The mom had a Fisher Price infant carrier (forget the model Jules has it), Graco CarGo & a Turbo booster. Tight squeeze but it worked.

Yep, yep -- & I'd even try big kid out with a Ride Safer Travel Vest in the backseat (no wider than the child's body) before puting him up front OR if that is impossible kiddo would definitely be harnessed (if Ford won't allow the Regent tethered up front, then the Apex)....
