Our eagerly-anticipated SK Monterey booster seat arrived yesterday, but came in grey instead of pink - the color I ordered!!! AAAAAAGH.
In my opinion, they should ship a pink booster, and take this one back, completely at their expense since the error is theirs (the email receipt clearly states "pink"). In fact, I really want them to ship a pink booster out TODAY - I don't want the added delay of having to ship this one back, wait for it to be received, then wait for the correct booster to arrive.
Has anyone dealt with Comfort 1st? Just wanting to gather as much information as possible before their customer service dept. opens in a few hours. I think my request is reasonable, though perhaps unorthodox and certainly not what *they* would prefer. But in the interest of DD's safety, it's what I'm hoping for.
