I was able to get 5% off, plus free shipping, plus NO SALES TAX on a Boulevard CS the other day at PishPoshbaby.com.
They were so helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered it Monday and it is supposed to arrive today!!
I heard that you have to be careful of sales bc the manufacture date may be pretty old.

I was thinking February myself. Good timing for a March birthday present.
Good point about the DOMs. I really want a new and improved Frontier, not one subject to the recall. I don't really mind the cap fix, but all things being equal, newer is better.

I was able to get 8% Live Cashback + free shipping from Kiwikidsgear.com. Their prices are pretty competitive with all of the forum sponsors and other popular sites I checked. Ordered a Britax Frontier for $259, no tax / free shipping - so around $239 total.
