Radian install in Prius

Hi,
I bought a Radian on the weekend and I simply cannot get the seat installed properly. I have tried both latch and seat belt forward facing (for my daughter 35 lbs) and I get it tightened, and the next time I put her in it (12 hours later) when I tighten her straps, the whole seat shifts forward by about 3 inches. What am I doing wrong? Or do I need to return this seat? I have a britax marathon, it installs like a dream.

So the seat is in fine, then moves forward when you tighten the straps? I've heard of that happening quite a few times.

Sometimes when a seat is installed well, moving the base away from the beltpath will loosen it, and I think that because the Radian's super-short base, pulling on the adjuster strap can make that happen.

What I would do is reinstall it, obviously, then when you tighten the harness, wedge your knee or something against the front of the seat to sort of hold it in place. You could also try not loosening the harness once you have it at the right length, so you don't even need to worry about it (or at least not very often).
