Graco... it been 7 weeks

On 10/17 I called Graco about my Nauti adjuster strap fraying and they said they would send me a new seat bottom. It has been quite some time since then and still nothing from them. Should I call them again? Anybody else have stuff sent from Graco? How long did it take?

I would call them. I have dealt with them on three separate occasions including replacing a SS1. It never took longer than 1 week to get things to me.

I finally got my seat bottom, I requested it in July and recieved it in October..

That's just crazy. I got part of a new cover from them and it took less than a week.

I just received my new seat bottom from them a few days ago. It took about 8 weeks, when they said they would send me one, the lady said it was backordered and could take 6-8 weeks to arrive.

Graco... it been 7 weeks
