RF MA Bracing?

I know I've read that this is allowed, but I don't see it in the owners manual. Is it written in there...or because it's NOT in there---you can do it?

This is for an answer on another forum.

Thanks

WOW you're quick Jenny!

Soooo---was Advantage the name before they switched to Marathon--I'm fairly new to britax(less than a year) but I know how they like to switch names--super elite, husky, regent.

Thanks

I just happen to have been hanging around here ALL DAY. :p

The Advantage was sort of like the Wizard, but Roundabout-sized, and the wings were smaller and weren't designed for side impact protection, I don't think--just comfort.

it is ok to brace the MA though too isn't it?

I'm sure I'll be on here more once I get my room cleaned at school...i have to be checked out by tomorrow!

Yes, if it's okay to brace the Advantage and RA, it's okay to brace any of their rear-facing convertibles. I haven't familiarized myself with the Britax website since they redesigned it, so I'm leery of going there to try to dig for the info. Hopefully someone else knows where to find it!

I can't access the Britax site right now, but in my many conversations with Britax, yes it is safe to brace their RF convertibles & actually recommended for older toddlers nearing the limits -- as is tethering ;)

It started that way---but now has toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary mommies. Also lots of woman related stuff. TTC, waiting, infertility, stuff to help with family life...it's a great crowd.
