The foam on my true fit

is not attached and won't stay in place:confused: Has this happened to anyone else? I bought it from here and don't know if learning curve will do anything since I don't have a receipt. Anyway, the other thing, top harness slots, one is so small the harness comes through it folded in half. Does anyone else have one like that? Should I call learning curve and hope for the best? And my harness hardly folds at all in the buckle tongues. I know some have said theirs is folded like 1/3 of the way.
Thanks

Does it push back down into place? If it's not broken and does push back down into place and LC won't do anything, would a few drops of super glue keep it in place?

I never used the top harness setting so I didn't even realize quite how small it was. Looks kinda strange...the fabric doesn't open up at all more than that?

I would try registering it online and then calling. Just let them know you no longer have the receipt. Hopefully they will help you.

I remember noticing the foam like that when I bought it but it never occurred to me as being odd :) I think I just pushed it back down. It never came up on itself at all. Just if you lifted it. My kids weight was enough to keep it down and not let it pop back up. So once I pushed it back down that first time, I never gave it a second thought. When I washed the cover it also didn't pop back up.

Is the other side glued down? Maybe the gluing person that day didn't do very well! Does it look like there is dried glue or anything? Does it come completely off for you to even see?

It does push down but it won't stay. And it squeaks when you push on it. I thought super glue melted it? I'm thinking this is some kind of certain adhesive that won't melt the foam??

super glue really melts foam?? Hmm...glad I never used that then LOL. I thought just hot glue was bad.

That's wierd. When I used it FFing for about 2 months, it never popped up, unless my daughter just sitting on it pushed it back down?? I don't remember squeeking though.

It must be a manufacturers defect. Both of mine are glued down solid.;) They could have simply missed glueing one in on that one. As far as the top slots being tiny or smaller, they are, but DS3 is on the top slots and you can see from the pics his straps still come out flat on mine and we have no trouble with them folding either.:D I would call and let them know that when you took the cover off to wash it you noticed the foam was loose. They could maybe atleast tell you what you could use to hold it down.

I called. First she said the foam is supposed to be loose and I asked why only one piece was? She talked to her supervisor and they now want the seat back and are sending me a new one:thumbsup: No questions asked. They will pick up my seat after I receive the new one. Hopefully the cover on the new one is better as well.

That is great to hear. So, far their customer service seems to be very good with respect to seat issues (with questions, they are just as bad as any of the other companies!).

WOW that is great Melissa!:D Glad to hear CS was so wonderful.

ETA: Not sure if the cover will be much different. Both my Cappuccino and Sporty Blue have the smaller holes for the top slot, but please let us know.:)
