Just received an e-mail from our insurance adjuster today stating to fax him the receipt for our new seats and they will reimburse us for them. Ahh...time to go shopping! Good thing I already know what I want (and please don't try to change my mind!) 2 new Nauti's in Reese coming up!
We had heard "no" so many times that I was just chalking it up to a lost cause. We sent an e-mail a week ago asking for a letter of liability if they wouldn't replace our seats from dh's very minor accident. I hadn't pushed too hard (yet) but we had sent the one e-mail. The next step was phone calls but don't have to do that! :thumbsup:
