Infant Insert use in True Fit

I am planning to get a True Fit for my 11 1/2 month old, 25lb DS in the next week or so. I was just wondering if anyone knew the "rules" for when to use the infant inserts. Is he already too big for them?

I think you are supposed to take them out after they get to 22lbs. Levi is 18lbs and when its really hot out, I take them out - he fits fine even without them (I still use the headpeice though)

yes, the body pillow needs to be removed at 22 lbs, but you can continue to use the head pillow. It's kind of confusing because the insert is required on the lowest harness setting.

Ok, cool. I took the one out of the demo when I tried DS in it and it seemed to be fine. I just didn't know if you HAD to use one until a certain weight/height or whatever. So, I guess you can continue to use the head piece thing as long as you want to? It would be nice on long trips.
