which seat should I bring on our trip?

We are going to Ohio for labour day weekend, and I have no idea what car we will be renting.

Levi will be a lap baby - I know that you guys dont like that idea, but I've traveled enough that Im really not worried about it. So his carseat will be gate checked.

What sort of bag should I get/make for it to be in for the trip?

DH is probably going to come too, and either way Levi is a sling baby, so I probably wont be getting a thing with wheels for the seat, and I'd rather just carry it in a bag through the airport.

Seats I have -
AOE
Titan 5
Truefit (Levi still does not need the headrest)

Ive got another one too but Im not sure what it even is....I'll have to look!

I'd either take the Titan or AOE. Our AOE is really easy to carry, but I've never carried a Titan, so I cannot compare between those two seats.

Anytime we travel, we use the same carseat traveling bag that I got at Target for $ 19.99. If I remember correctly is Eddie Bauer. So far, so good and we have traveled with them about 4-5 times.

I have had both a Titan and an AOE. If it were me I would bring the AOE without the base because it is light and easy to carry. Plus I can install it quickly and easily in most cars. I have to work a little harder to get a good install on the Titan.

Titan it is then.
I really dont like the AOE in general, I just had it in my mom's rental car for her visit this summer. It has a puzzle buckle which I HATE.

I really didnt want to bring my truefit anyway, b/c I dont want anything to happen to it! I guess that thing is pretty heavy, even without the headrest on yet.

Now I get to go shopping for a bag of some sort, Ive got a target gift card so I'll look there first!
