Frontier install issues in Toyota Sienna?

I seem to remember reading about them. Has it gotten any better? Would you recommend against getting Frontiers? My dh was in an accident yesterday and I'm really going crazy thinking about new seats for all of my kids! All 4 seats were in the car at the time!
