DSC06751.jpg

Just incase anyone is interested in nautilus head slump pic.
dd head kept falling forward, and her chin digging into chest clip - her blankie is under her chin in pic and clip is a smidge too low.

This happens to DS sometimes when he falls asleep in his Nautilus. He swears it doesn't bother him, though, and at 7 I trust his ability to judge that and even more so to let me know if it bugs him.

no complaints from my dd either.
the same thing happend to eldest son in radian as well. no complaints.
the seats where installed back row of chevy uplander (rental car for recent visit to usa from uk) maybe these seats are more upright than others??? when i see some installs of the nautilus, it looks so reclined and much more comfy. could never get mine to look like that in the chevy. but did only try on back seat, so maybe if i had played a bit.
will have a play in my own cars one day as we bought seats while there and brought them back with us for future trips.

My youngest's head slumped pretty bad her first trip out in the Nauti. My dd#2 is now using it and sleeps quite well in it, so I don't know if it was just a matter of I didn't have it reclined enough, or dd#3 is too used to the large head wings in her Wizards.

J's head slumped a little the 1 time he fell asleep in the GN. Is it ok to install it reclined? The CPST installed it in the regular position. No one sits behind him in the van (he's 2nd row passenger side) so reclining the vehicle seat is not a problem.

That is how my friend's dd is in her nautilus. I just let her borrow one of my regents to see if she does better.

Poor girl was out cold, head hanging straight forward, chin on chest. She couldn't keep her head to the side when we tried to readjust it for her.

You can recline the Nautilus, but not the actual vehicle seat.

Well, I noticed today that J's GN was crooked (leaning to the left). So I need to tighten it anyway. Maybe I'll see how it does with the recline. Wouldn't you need to recline the vehicle seat ifyou recline the carseat? Incase it matters, it's installed with seatbelt and top teather.
