What seat next?!

Okay. Here's the run down of seats.

primary seats in my daily driven van:

Regent-DS2
Nautilus-DS1
SS1- DD

Grandma's car:

Biltmore- Ds1
3-in-1- DS2

PA's truck:

Builtmore ( the boys share, they can't both be in there at the same time :p)

Now. Ds2 has outgrown the 3-in-1, at 2. He's 40lbs. He's also a SN kid, so i need to consider that as well.

Potential seats for grandma's car? He's with her in her car LESS than 5x a month.

DS1 COULD ride in a booster (42lbs 4.5 years old), and then DS2 could have the builtmore, and when DS2 isn't WITH them in the car, DS1 MUST use the builtmore. (so using the booster only when both boys are with her)

I could get a nautilus for her car, but that seems like a waste, since he's hardly ever in there.

I could get a radian for her car, for him, and then MissK could have it when she outgrows her ss1 (then ds1 would be old enough for a booster at that point)

car is a 2004 Honda Accord coupe.

any ideas?

Are there 2 Biltmore's available? Are Gma and "Pa" married, and can the second Biltmore be swapped into Gma's car when necessary? (or in Gma's car, and swapped to Pa's truck)?

I think I'd get another Nautilus simply because it turns into such a nice LATCHable booster and a backless booster. I think it's a seat that you will surely get your money out of. Does the Apex (that's what the Biltmore is, right?) make a nice booster or not so much?

Or, like you said, you could get a radian and then hand it down to Miss K. But, if it were me I would hold off until the radian with the removable harness hits the shelves.

The Apex is a tall booster. I use it sometimes for Tyler. He still has growing room.

I'd get the Nautilus... when your older one outgrows the Biltmore in Gma's car, he can use the Nauti as a booster.
