Question '05 Highlander- 3 across middle row?

These are the car seats that I have, we are looking to purchase a '05 Highlander and want to know if anybody has gotten this configuration to work.

We have a Graco Infant SnugRide, Britax Roundabout FF, and a Britax Regent FF. I am flexible and will be willing to swap the Regent for a Radian because I read that it's narrow. I would prefer not to put anyone in the 3rd row. Also, does the '05 have 3 top tether anchors because I will be switching the infant to a RF Britax Roundabout eventually? And my son who is in the FF Roundabout will be switching to a Regent/Radian also.

So do these configurations work?

For now:
RF Graco Infant SnugRide
FF Britax Roundabout
FF Britax Regent or FF Radian 65 or 80

AND for the future:

RF Britax Roundabout
Two FF Britax Regents
OR Two FF Radians 65 or 80

AND for the distant future:

Three FF Radians or Three FF Regents (I know the Regents won't fit)

Would a Sienna be better than a Highlander for this?

Thanks so much! All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Our cars are simular, I have a honda Pilot. My seats are britax wizard outboard, britax regant outboard and SS1 middle. All seats installed using seatbelt. the ss1 will never come out because it is stuck bw the other 2 carseats. I have never had to use the seats that way bc I have 2 kids and bought the Regant for the older daughter and passed down the wizard to lil sister. I did it for fun to see if it would work and it did. You will need to carry baby in your arms, infant carrier or stroller because the seat will not come out. If you got a Radian now, that will work or 2 Radian in the future. I dont believe 2 Regants and 1 Roundabout will work just bc of how huge the Regant is. You may want to check out the Graco Nautilus or Frontier as well since they also have a hight weight harness and turn in to boosters.
Its great to know there are so many car seats out there that harness our children longer, but sometimes it can be overwhelming on which one will "fit" in the car with other carseats.

I haven't done a lot of combinations in my '05 Highlander, but yes, there are top tether hooks in all 3 seats in the middle row (FYI, no top tether in 3rd row). Latch is outboard only.

I have done a rf/ff radian, chase, MA ff (had to take the armrests off the chase to get a really tight install though).
I have also done a rf MA, ff Radian, keyfit (that install had lots of room!)

I have also done 2 seats in the middle and 2 in the rear (rf MA and Apex in middle and Chase and Radian in 3rd row).

I don't know if you will be able to get a good install with the regent, but you should have no problem with 2 radians (FYI though...they are soooo much easier to install in the latch positions)
