brownstone or park avenue

I want to upgrade my sons marathon to a boulevard since he will have to sit outboard when his brother or sister arrives. I haven't seen any of these seats in person but I am debating between the park avenue cover or brownstone. I live in Texas so it dose get hot. It helps a little having my windows tinted. Also what dose the mosaic feel like. Thank you for any help.

Park Avenue is a very plush velour type of fabric and is very soft but probably not ideal in a hot climate because the solid colored portions of the cover are dark gray, almost black. I haven't seen or felt the Brownstone or Mosaic in person, sorry.

I like the Mosaic ... haven't been able to get my fingertips on it, but it *looks* like the same fabric as the plain tannish/black design (I forget which name it has) -- it didn't seem like the best choice for hot weather climates

If you can get your hands into an '05 Ford Escape it's the same exact fabric, just tan instead of gray

(The black part is kind of furry to the touch). You might also call Britax for ideas on a good hot weather cover
