I have a Regent to install in the back of my husband's 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. The Regent has a DOM of 11/06 I believe and it's pre-recall. I had installed it previously without the recline bar (I'll have to hunt for it if I need it.) using LATCH. The backseat of the Dodge does not recline so I'm a little worried about installing it. I've always had to recline the heck out of other seats in order to get the Regent installed. Any tips???

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram Quad. Here are some pics of a Regent 12/07 manufacture installed in it.

I can install with LATCH, Long Belt Path and Short Belt Path. I will say the LBP takes 2 people.
I remove the headrest (for outboard) and place the Regent on the seat push on the fron of it with my knees and then apply weight and buckle or tighten LATCH straps. I will tell you LATCH is super easy to do. YOu can only use LATCH in the outboard positions as Dodge does not allow borrowing of outboard anchors. Please remember when you tether the top to run the tether strap through the webbibg and attach to the center top anchor for outboard or if installing center run the tether strap through the center webbing and attch to either outboard anchor.
