Question 2006 Husky/Regent---Good choice or bad choice?

Hi,

Someone I know casually is offering to sell me her Husky/Regent. It was manufactured in Feb of 2006. I hear people talking about pre and post advisory Regents, but am not really sure what that means. So I'm wondering if this would be a good seat to purchase since I am interested in getting a Regent anyway or if there is a reason not to buy this seat. Thank you for any advice you have to share!!

Yup, that'd be a 'pre advisory' Regent, which means you have a lot more flexibility in choosing how to install it (long belt path, short belt path, with/out recline bar...it *should* work for you one way or another!). If you trust her seat is well cared for (not crashed, harness not bleached), then go for it. :thumbsup:

I'm pretty sure it's a Regent; I've got one of the "last" Huskies and it's an '05. It should say on the cover, though, right where the child's head sits there's a tag with "Britax" and then the type of car seat is printed under that.
