Update to Cover & Chest Clip Issue!

I called Britax yesterday & talked to Tracy..I think. Well anyways she was very nice & appoligized for my cover tearing up & my chest clip not working. She said that they would replace both no questions asked & they would send me a UPS Label to ship mine back when I got the new ones! SO YAY! I am SO happy that they are replacing them!
