Can someone confirm...SBP install with shoulder/lap belt needs to go on top of the recline bar correct? If I use LATCH with the short path it would go under the recline bar yes? DS is 46 lbs. Either way the seat would be tethered. Thanks guys. Also, if I don't use LATCH do I just put them in the storage pockets and let them hang off to the side when I install it? Thanks!
