Let's say the EPP foam is broken. Broken as in an edge piece has snapped off, say, the length of your hand. Do I...
1. Throw it away... I'll be fine without.
2. Throw it away... along with the rest of the foam piece, and get a replacement.
2. Place it back where it belongs and let the cover hold it in place.
3. Place it back where it belongs, but take measures with sticky something to get it to really stick.
And how much of the EPP can be missing without it being a concern, if at all? I mean, if it's in a spot where impact is highly probable, it's a given that it needs to be replaced. But where it usually breaks is along the edges, from what I've seen experienced. What's the official guideline on this?
