Is $210 a GOOD deal for MA?

Some one offered my husband an MA for $210?

It did not fit his car. DOM is Jan08 and still in the original box.

that depends.

$210 for a brand new seat from a reputable dealer? yes, that's a fabulous deal.

$210 for a like new seat that you know the history of from someone you know well and trust. yeah, that's an okay deal, especially if you like the cover and it fits your child and your vehicle.

$210 for a used seat from someone who you don't know well or for a seat with an unknown history? no way. I wouldn't take it for free. Well, maybe for free, but only because the covers are worth a bit.

what does your husband drive? how old and what size is the child?

Not unless you like it better than a brownstone cover from albeebaby for $209 shipped and totally new. (the site advertises it as a 2008 brownstone so I assume the DOM would be similar but one seat would not have ever been out of the box).

But the car seat did not fit my Husband collegue' car. I elieve he has a small vehicle.

Yes the car seat still in the box . We willtry to get it for $200!
