Help after accident

My DH was in a car accident the other day...thankfully DD wasn't in the car, but her parkway booster was, and DH didn't have it buckled in so it smashed into the seat in front of it:( The car was a '94 Ford Explorer and it didn't have airbags so none deployed, but the car has been totalled and couldn't be driven away from the accident. (He was rear-ended and hit with enough force to propel his car into someone in the oncoming lane of traffic). DH is okay except for minor whiplash & some bumps and bruises, thank God! (And he's now a believer in items becoming projectiles in a crash, he always laughed about how ridiculous he thought it was, til one of his sneakers that was in the trunk landed up by him in the front!)
Car insurance is fine with replacing the seat...but I don't know if I should get another Parkway (they are becoming harder to find) or use the money to buy a different seat...DD is 5, around 38 lbs, and 43 inches...I'm guessing torso around 15 inches...she's not a big kid (~40th percentiles for ht/wt). I was thinking about getting a Nautilus to replace it (in light of the accident, I may feel better with her in a harness)...or maybe a Monterey? Can anyone help me choose a good seat for my little girl? TIA!

I think the Nautilus is a great option. My dd, 4, loves her's. She's 37lbs with a 14 in torso and it fits her great. Plus I believe that you can now latch it when in booster mode.

Thanks everyone!
I forgot to mention the seat will be going in either an '03 Pontiac Aztek or a newer (07 or 08) Caravan. But I'm feeling the love for the Nautilus too. DD sat in one the other day and liked it (even though it's gray and she loves girly seats, but she has the Madison Regent for that), and I think she should have a decent amount of growing room.

Oh yes, the Nautilus will be perfect for her :) I love it, I'm trying to finance one of my own right now.
