My harness adjuster strap is seriously frayed, so I called and they are sending me a new one. I asked for a supervisor's email addy because I want them to see pictures of the severity of it and see what they think, because the cs rep I talked to was not surprised at all and said it was normal. I think it is BS that I should have to pay to replace the strap every 6 months once it is out of warranty. Anyway, how long should I wait before I email again? It has been two days. Thanks!
