My DS is rearfacing in a Britax Wizard. He will be three next month, and until recently he was quite content in his seat. For the last few weeks, car trips have been a struggle and he has to be forced into his seat.
I've always said that I would keep him rearfacing to the limit of his seat. He is on the small side at 27 pounds. If he stays on this growth curve, he could be rearfacing until he is 5 or 6. I am hoping that this is a phase that will pass, but I am considering turning him around.
So would you keep an unhappy 3 year old rearfacing, or turn them? Do you have an age related rearfacing limit? I'm having trouble imagining the pick-up line at kindergarten, and strapping him into his rearfacing seat.
