I've read way too much in the last couple days and can't figure out where I saw that there were a few new seats coming out this year. Any one know much about them? We're looking into options for moving my son into a convertible seat. If we go for a long term seat now will we regret it in a year?
also on a completely different topic... with all the safety techs here maybe one of you can tell me how we find one? Before my son was born we took the car/seat to the fire department that was supposed to do carseat checks in the area. He took a quick look at the seat and said looks fine. Not too confidence inspiring with about 30 seconds total interaction. If I have trouble installing the next seat it would be nice to know where to go ahead of time.
