Question Booster Compatibility in 03 T&C?

I am having a hard time finding a compatible booster for my son and my van. We have a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country with captains chairs in the middle row, and a 50/50 bench in the 3rd row. I'm due in October with Baby #3, so someone has to ride in the very back. We've got a Diono Cambria, a Graco TurboBooster (HBB), and a Harmony backless, and none of them seem to work well enough- the seat belt gets stuck in the belt guide, and it's difficult to tighten or loosen the belt properly. DS is 8yrs 3mos, 54lbs, 50" tall, and wears a size 8 shirt. I would prefer for him to use a HBB that can turn to a backless later. Budget is not an issue.

Unfortunately, the T&C is notorious for bad booster/person fit in the third row. I think I've read that the Evenflo big kid works back there.

You might consider putting one of the younger 2 kiddos in the 3rd row. If the middle kiddo is still in a harness, they can sit in the center of the third row and use the tether. You'll have a lot more luck with boosters in the middle row.

My brother and SIL had a Caravan of a similar year. I don't think the back bench folded, and there was only a lap belt in the center of the third row. My nephew used an Evenflo Big Kid, I believe. I just remember it was Evenflo and had reading lights built in! It was purchased in the summer of either 2010 or 2011. I will see if I can find more info and post back if I do.

Edit: the Big Kid DLX has the reading lights, so I am probably remembering correctly. The RightFit also has lights, but I am not familiar enough with boosters to know if both were available 6-7 years ago.
