I'm starting to look for a convertible seat for my big 6 month old. At his 6 month checkup he was 27.5" and 18.5lbs. He's wearing 12 month clothes and currently is a SR30. He still has some room in the SR, his shoulders are almost even with the top slots. He's always been big on the growth chart and the dr says he will be well over 6 ft tall. We live in a small town and I'm going to a bigger town in a couple weeks that has a huge TRU with lots of seats. I'm hoping to try him in some so would like recommendations. The seat will be in a 2017 Chevy Traverse and then we are undecided on grandparent vehicles, so recommendations for a Ford Edge and a Kia Sorento would be great too. I also have 2 other kids sitting in Harmony NBB. Price wise the cheaper the better but if there's a seat that will last a long time I don't mind paying a little more, don't want to go over $150 if possible. TIA
