Broken foam in Parkway

My husband was buckling my son in his Parkway and he leaned over and broke the foam in one of the side wings. Do I need to call Britax to get it replace or do I just glue it back together?

Thanks for your help.

I would call Britax and see about getting replacement foam. In the meantime, taping/gluing it together is probably a workable solution, and Britax may very well suggest it as a long term remedy, depending on how much it was broken/mangled. You might want to take a picture of the broken foam, and offer to e-mail the picture to Britax when you call to help determine what to do.

I broke the foam on our spare Comfortspot when I was installing it and Graco snet me free replacement foam and told me to tape it in the mean time.

I would call Britax. I called them yesterday about broken foam on my Regent (had to pull the cover up to tighten a LBP/seat belt install - my hand slipped and knocked a chunk of the EPS foam). They are sending me a new EPS foam insert free of charge.

Thanks for the quick replies. It's a fairly big portion that's broken. Pretty much the entire left head wing. It's one solid piece though so wouldn't be too hard to glue back on. We use it as a secondary seat maybe once a week if that so there's not a big rush at least.
