Help with car seat placement in Explorer

I have a 2013 Explorer, a skinny 6 year old currently in a Graco Turbo booster 2nd row driver's side, a 3.5 year old in an Evenflo Chase in the passengers side third row (he can usually buckle, but can not unbuckle) and a 16 month old RF in a Graco MyRide 65 Passenger side 2nd row.

I also have a Radian RXT with an angle adjuster that is currently sitting unused.

The Graco MyRide expires in March.

We frequently have to take the 3rd row carseat out and sometimes the booster and the Evenflo get switched depending on who is in the car and what else I need to carry in the car.

I initially got the Radian for the 3 year old when the baby was in a baseless Chicco KeyFit, and was able to do three across with the Chase. Then the KeyFit expired, and the Radian just sat because it is a HUGE pain to install/uninstall, the Graco MyRide is a huge pain as well.

IDEALLY I would love to get 3 across and have the booster in the 40 split side that could be easily taken out or moved to the rear.

I have read of other people having success with the radian RF in the middle, but I just can't seem to get the boot to fit in there tightly.

Help! I atleast need to figure out a new seat for the 16 month old before the MyRide expires.

Do you have inflatable seat belts?

For the child in the Chase- is the harness coming from above the child's shoulders?

No inflatable seatbelts, 3.5 year old is in the harness in the Chase, at level with his shoulders.

I managed to get the Radian rear facing in the center seat with the angle adjuster, but I don't like how I can't reach around it at a stop light to hand kids things or pick stuff off the ground. ( The vertical space it takes up!) The Evenflo (it's actually a Securekid) fits well behind the passenger side, however, the turbobooster does not quite fit behind the driver.

I did notice that the MyRide doesn't expire until December 2017, so I might switch back to that and get rid of the Radian.

I think I read the bubble bum fits in the middle of the Explorer? I wonder if this would be easier for him to buckle?
