Deep, Tall Booster Needed

DS is now 50", 61lbs, all torso wearing a size 8 shirt. We harness him in Frontiers in most vehicles but we need a back up seat for occasional use (2x a week school pick up). I had purchased the Safety 1st Boost Air Protect but I hate it because it doesn't work in the vehicle we need it in and it's too shallow for DS to be comfortable. I also would prefer a LATCH-able seat for convenience. DS also has broad shoulders, he's just a massive kid all around. Any recommendations?

I am looking at:
1) Britax Parkway for the height & LATCH-ability but I am unsure of the depth and width
2) Diono Monterey for depth, width & LATCH-ability but it might not work with the headrests in our F150
3) Recaro Proformance Booster for depth, width, and LATCH-ability

The Recaro is great for bigger kids. It does not convert to a backless booster like your other two options do. I would try it first if that doesn't bother you. My cousins (very large children) have Montereys that they love. They are very comfortable also. But you mentioned the headrests in the Ford may interfere. We have one and those headrests are pretty aggravating.

My DS is about that size and is very comfortable in his Recaro. We've had it for 2-3 years now I think. I think it doesn't allow a gap at the back so if you have headrests that push forward they would probably need to be removed. We had an older Parkway (the first with the SG clip) for DD and I think the Recaro has more shoulder room. The recaro is wide and doesn't taper at the back so it can be difficult to buckle in some situations (in our Saturn Outlook DS had to slide it away from the buckle before he sat down so he could get it buckled, it wasn't too difficult but it was another step).
