Does the Britax Frontier Clicktight need vehicle head rest support in HBB mode?

I need to place our Britax Frontier Clicktight as a HBB in the 3rd row of a 2013 Honda Pilot, and the built in headrest pushes the carseat/booster forward more than I like when extended out of the seat. Does this seat require vehicle headrest support? I have checked the manual and Britax's website and cannot find the answer. Thanks in advance!

The vehicle head restraint will need to be removed. The Frontier does not require vehicle head support and specifically prohibits a vehicle head restraint from pushing on the Frontier's head wings.

The head restraint in the 3rd can't be removed. When it's lowered it is not interfering with the seat. The seat sits flush. I want to confirm I don't have to raise it, because when I raise it it does cause a problem and the seat is pushed forward. Adding picture links:

Those pics look fine. Leave it in the lowered position, as PP said the Frontier doesn't need vehicle head support (in harness or booster mode).

So glad I found this post! I'm dealing with the same issue in my 3rd row dodge caravan. I'm happy to know it's ok to leave my headrest in the down position.
