Recaro's answer to my lock-off problem

Emily, the lock offs don't hold the belt tight. They do clamp down on the belt, but the belt slips right through the lock off and the seat loosens completely. If yours is doing the same thing, would you please call 1-800-8-RECARO and ask to speak with Katherine Hubanks? She needs to know that there are many seats out there with non-functioning lock offs.

DH has our seat in his car. I'll play with it tonight and see if the lock off does the same thing. We do have Latch and locking seat belts, but that doesn't matter. It's supposed to work, if it doesn't, fix it!
