Hi I was wanting to purchase a Fllo for my son who is soon growing out of his infant car seat. He sweats easily so I was wondering if the Fllo's fabric allows breathability.

I can only review the Thunder, which I think is the same as Slate. I have a sweaty kid (used to have a wet head in the Chicco KeyFit) and she has been great in her Fllo all summer. No damp clothes, whereas her sister in a plush RXT has had a sweaty back/legs several times. It's humid here.
The other fabrics - Tank, Flamingo, etc. - are more textured, so I'm not sure how they are for sweaty kids.

I have a Foonf in Tokidoki Rebel (the fabric is smoother than the fabric of most of the other Cleks) and my sweaty son does quite well in it. It doesn't exactly feel breathable, but it's so much more open than a lot of seats we've tried.
He briefly also a Foonf in Tank, but he hated the texture of the Fabric. It's quite...bumpy. It didn't seem to make much of a difference as far as sweating is concerned.

Which is super since the sweaty child who rides in the Fllo is also the child who is prone to car sickness.You must read your carseat and vehicle owner’s manual and understand any relevant state laws.
