    Hello everybody
    I want to know about the graco 4ever is compatible with the european norm (the serial number begins with 03) I actually have a 3 in 1 beline ferrari car seat (from 9 month to 12 years) and the serial number begin with 04. This car seat is a non latch (isofix in europe).

    Welcome!
    I think the easiest way to find out if a seat meets ECE standards is when we see it for sale in Europe.
    Just a quick Amazon check in Germany and the UK shows me that no, it's not there yet. The Nautilus is in the UK, but it's modified to have a different seatbelt lockoff.
    The 4Ever is very, very new, in carseat terms. It's still a Babies R Us exclusive (and toysrus.de doesn't have it, that I can find). Typically the crossover from country to country is slow or nonexistent, due to the different standards.

    I don't think there is an ECE R44/04 or R129 [the carseat standards that Europe uses] certified Graco 4Ever.
    M, 8, FF in a dark blue HTS BeSafe iziUp X3 Fix [ERFed until 5 years old ]. J, 3, RF in a Chilly Pepper Britax MaxWay or a Black Thunder Britax TWE.

    well ok I'll looking for the kiddy guardianfix pro2 (I find the graco 4ever a good product) but I have only ferrari scuderia car seat

    It's just to keep the harness on the chest and shoulders properly. Really squirmy kids have no trouble pushing it down and pulling their arms out, but most kids get used to it and it's a nice little extra feature to keep that harness positioned properly.
