Newest seat!

My Frontier CT in Cowmoo came in today! My son is 18.6kg, so I had to use the seatbelt install - wow, Clicktight makes it incredibly easy!

I'm slightly disappointed that the fabric isn't plush like my other Britaxes have been (2007 Marathon, Frontier XT, 2011 Boulevard), but at least it is still cow

My kids are having a grandparent night, so my littlest doesn't know yet that his new seat has arrived. He's been looking forward to getting a seat like his big brother has, and he will be happy to find it when we pick him up tomorrow!

Oh no plush! I didn't realize that. So is it like the Cow on the Chaperone?

And yay for new seats! I hope he loves it

I haven't seen the Chaperone, so I'm not sure. It's a flat-textured fabric, if that makes sense? I will try to post some photos later. There's more black than Cow, at least compared to my Frontier XT.

The Cow has *just* been released for the Frontier, and the store was going to let me know as soon as it finally arrived. They got just one in at the location closest to us, and it's mine, all mine!

In the end, I cashed in a bunch of points from my credit card perks and got a prepaid CC worth $300, so paid only $119-ish out of pocket. When #1 outgrows his frontier XT and/or is ready for a backless booster, I'll move that seat to my parents car to replace the Radian #2 rides in there. Although my original plan was to get a HBB for #1 and give the XT to #2 in our car (drat those Volvo headrests!), I think has worked out better overall.
