New seat dilemma

Sorry if this is a tad long.

Okay so I don't really need new seats right now, but I'm debating between picking up a Boulevard or waiting for the new Advocate to come out. I found a great deal on a Boulevard, but since the Advocate is rumored to be released with a 35lb rear-facing limit, I am wondering if I should wait. I know the seat will have a $400 price tag and I probably should have pre-ordered one last month when they were $300, but I was foolish and didn't. But I've heard that Britax has another huge sale usually in February - please correct me if I am wrong. I have a DC for DS already. So if the Advocate will rear-face to 35lbs I would keep younger DD in it until DS hits 32/33lbs so that he can rear-face for a little longer. Then once DD hits 32/33lbs I would switch her back into the Advocate.

However the Advocate is not going to have a 35lb rear-facing limit I don't see the point in paying an extra $100 for a seat that can tell me if I have it installed tight enough and if the harness is tight enough (I already know how to do that...lol). I would rather just jump on this Boulevard deal if both seats only rear-face to 33lbs.

Also does have any suggestions for getting 2 rear-facing Britax seats in the 3rd row of a 2004 Sienna with a forward-facing *insert your suggestion here* for my 35lb 3 year old nephew? His Apex 65 is obviously too wide. Radian isn't compatible FF with a seatbelt install so I don't want to bother will a seat I can only use to 48lbs with LATCH. I *can* put my 7yo niece in a booster in the 3rd row, but I was hoping to keep her harnessed in a Regent in one of the captain's chairs. The other captain's chair will *hopefully* be occupied by baby #3 sometime next year (so yes, please send baby dust my way:D)

Radian not compatible in ANY position with the seatbelt in the 3rd row. If I want 3 across I'm pretty I will have to do all seatbelt installs. The best install I got was driver's outboard and that was a marginal install with a little too much front to back movement. I don't want the Radian if doesn't work FF in 3 out of the 5 possible car seat locations.
