Is a grace car seat made in 2011 still good to use ?

Welcome! That depends. Which carseat is it? Graco rear-facing only infant carseats expire after 6 years. Other of their carseats have different expiration dates. It will give an expiration "Do not use after" date on the date of manufacture label on the back/bottom of the carseat. This label will also tell you what the name of the carseat is if you don't already know. At a minimum, harnessed carseats don't expire after 4 years.
Other things to consider in if the carseat is safe to use is how you cleaned the seat the last time you used it. Did you wash the harness straps in the washing machine or submerge them in water? Use chemicals? If so, then the harness would need to be replaced at the very least.
