what high back booster works best in 2014 Chevy traverse

It will be going in a captions chair. The buckles in the traverse are riged don't move so need a skinny one and i would like it to latch in so its not a projectile. Any help is welcome thank you. I have a britax one but the base is so wide that when it latched it it is hard to Buckle my daughter in. I have also tried a graco turbo but again the base is wide so it has to doesn't sit right in the middle of seat and again is hard to buckle. Any help is great thanks!!!

Hmm, I'm not familiar with your vehicle, but just wanted to say that the Parkway and Turbo are both considered more narrow high back boosters, so I'm not sure what is narrower than those. The Evenflo Big Kid or Harmony Dreamtime might be possible, but don't LATCH. The Graco Affix has LATCH, but I think it might have the same footprint as the Turbo. Maybe Clek Oobr? Re unLATCHED boosters, you can prevent it from being a projectile by buckling the seatbelt around it even when empty.

What is the age/weight/height of the child? If the child still fits into a 5pt harness, would a harnessed seat fit better there? What carseat did you used to use in that seat?

Or, what about the Apramo from Cdn Tire or Harmony Backless from Walmart? I think the shape of these are such that the base is narrower than the Turbo. If you have head support behind the child, and the child is old enough for a no back booster, these could work?
