I called today because I had ordered a new set of Hugs for my Super Elite (mine were the old ones with the pointed corners) and they sent me the wrong thing. This happened a few weeks ago at the same time that I called about my recalled Husky. I still hadn't received the new harness adjuster for the Husky either so I mentioned it to the customer service rep who I spoke with today about the Hugs and she told me she'd go ahead and send me out the recall item as well as the set of Hugs I need.
I know there are several still waiting on this, so I thought I'd share this info with you guys!
