Could they BE anymore confusing?

I posted in the Facebook group that I have had to use my husbands car since my van went kaput. Well, I was going to rearrange seats and use LATCH for the harnessed seats. I went to the manual first to check on locations etc. They are very specific with which locations you can do what with! I'm glad I looked it up because the way I WAS gonna do it wouldn't have been allowed. Sigh... I needs a new car.

Duh. I just realized that I don't think I can even use LATCH on the SK400 because my son is 55 pounds. So, I guess it works out but still, confusing car manual is confusing!!

Sounds like they are worried the weight of two seats on the latch anchors may cause the frame bar to come through the seat bight, which could hurt a third occupant. Interesting.

It's a 2007 Pontiac Torrent. For now they're all just using the seat belt! Haha.
