I haven't ordered anything from them, but I've heard that they tend to take their sweet @$$ time getting stuff sent out. Several people here on the board have waited so long that they called and cancelled their order... only to have the item show up a day or two later.
....
I've ordered from them twice and both times got my stuff within a week of ordering it.
(My "stuff"...the FPSVD. Both times)

Last week I emailed them about a product to see if it was instock. The response I got in no way addressed my question (it wasn't an autoreply) and said something about how they are merging their warehouse with someone & sorry for the inconvenience

I think it's now, as they claimed to be in the 'mist' of a merger (Um...midst? I had to laugh that they messed my order up so bad that they were, in fact, in a mist...or fog, probably...
