FF Harness for 2014 Kia Forte?

Hi! I just found out a friend was in a car accident and bought a booster for her 50lb 3.5yo. He's 3ft tall. Once I spoke with her she's willing to re-harness. Since I'm in Canada I have no idea what she should get as far as a new seat is concerned. Her budget is $100 to $150.

With $100 she can get an Evenflo titan65 at Walmart. It's a long lasting convertible that should get him to booster age.
