Infant seat for young mom

Any good ideas for cheap and easy to use?

I thought about recommending the comfy carry(i know it has low limits but i might buy the seat and/or a convertible for her so I don't want to spend too much) and the onboard 35(since safety first usually has one on sale for cheap) but was wondering if there were others I should recommend.

I've seen some Snugrides on clearance at Target, the SR30 I think. I saw one for something like $30 not too long ago, since it's their baby clearance time.
