Radian FF Install Outboard 3rd row 2011 Odyssey - What am I doing wrong?

I'm covered in sweat after battling one of our two Radian XTSLs in our garage for 30 minutes trying to get an outboard seat belt install in our 2011 Odyssey. What am I doing wrong? I've followed the steps on this thread:

And the seat still is completely unstable and is relatively easily pulled out from the back of the seat. AAAARGH! I'm trying to install one Radian in each of the outboard third row positions FF. I know this is possible but how?

I'm pulling the shoulder belt up through the velcro hole, putting my weight down on the seat and twisting the buckly stalk but it is still clearly unsafe. Any sage words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I don't know if the '11 Ody is different or not, but I've only ever been able to get an acceptable seatbelt install third row passenger side in my '07 Ody. Third row drivers side is a no-go, at least in my experience.
